Tak to już jest, gdy się korzysta z zewnętrznych aplikacji, na których działanie nie mamy chociażby najmniejszego wpływu. Na obronę serwisów skracających linki dodam, że po raz pierwszy zdarza mi się widzieć fail banana serwisu tr.im (domain hack, trim to po angielsku przystrzyc, przyciąć), a np. z Tinyurl nigdy takich problemów nie doświadczyłem (choć tak naprawdę były takie chwile, w których Tinyurl nie działał).
